Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement who will lead our North America Sales Enablement team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, this person will be responsible for enhancing the relationship between sales and marketing teams, training sales staff, and furnishing marketing content for sales staff.

The ideal candidate is someone who can provide guidance and expertise in the enablement field, while exercising independent judgment. As well, this person will have experience working in a global hyper-growth technology company.

  • Manage the North America delivery team as part of our global sales enablement strategy.  Manage the daily operations and development of our enablers.
  • Develop Sales Enablement Strategy: Create a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.
  • Sales Training and Onboarding: Consult with executive management to improve ramp up time of new sales employees.  Design and implement sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, product training, and sales skills development. Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support ongoing learning and development.  
  • Content Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks that effectively communicate product value propositions and sales messaging.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze the sales process and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales team performance and enable data-driven decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and provide insights to sales leadership.
  • Sales Technology Enablement: Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies, tools, and systems to optimize sales processes, automate workflows, and enhance sales productivity.
  • Sales Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales and other departments, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and initiatives. Facilitate regular communication channels, such as sales meetings, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing sessions.  Ensure both compliance and dedication to our sales process at all levels of  Sales Engineers, Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sales enablement technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing sales enablement strategies and programs.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years within SaaS industry and 3+ years in a sales enablement role 
  • Prior track record of success within a sales organization
  • Management experience and coaching ability.
  • Strong organizational skills with evidence of successfully running concurrent projects
  • Passion for training and the learning environments that you create;
  • Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Deep understanding of current sales learning and development trends
  • Strong written, verbal, and social skills


Additional Information

Colorado Pay Range: $158,400-257,400+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
