Project Management Intern

Overview:

Fresh Digital Group has positions available within their Project Management department. FRSH is seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working as part of a connected team, but also self-motivated and intrigued by the mobile revolution. We want future thinkers that understand the “big picture” of media platforms and why they are important in mobile. We need talent that has the ability to translate business needs and objectives into leading-edge technology. Someone with the curiosity of an inventor, the passion of an artist, and the ability to inspire passion and commitment from others.

The key responsibilities listed for this position include only the basic skills a project management intern must possess but you may also be tasked with assignments that you are unfamiliar with. You will be working directly with the CEO in a climate developed for learning so you must possess a keen interest and knowledge of the mobile arena. This is a hands on internship with a highly accelerated learning curve, huge growth potential and the possibility of a full-time position upon completion of internship

Responsibilities

Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
Create presentations (decks) in Powerpoint/Keynote
Assist in developing & maintaining relationships with clients & ensure clients’ demands to be satisfied; ask for their feedback and provide feedback to team to enhance the quality of future service
Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization
Assist with the review of all major deliverables (ie briefs, decks, proposals, SOWs, tech specs, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Assists with client issues to ensure they are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing Managing Partner of any problems that may arise
Assist and work closely with the creative and development teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Assist in managing projects from both client-side and internally. Work directly with developers to gain a better understanding of project milestones and deadlines
An in-depth understanding of company capabilities and services and effective communication of all offerings to clients

Requirements
Understand backend development
Previous project management experience is a plus
Passion and interest in Digital, Social and Mobile Media
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, efficient work ethic, and ability to synthesize excessive market data on a daily basis
Strong people skills, relationship management skills and ability to effectively communicate with clientele on a daily basis
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
Proficient knowledge in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Additional Information:

This is an unpaid internship with opportunity for hire or bonus payments when your work gets sold to clients and a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week. Growth potential at FDG is huge, and there is a high probability of a full-time position upon completion of internship.
