Job Description

Can you juggle multiple projects and stay calm under pressure? Would you be up for the challenge?

We are looking for a driven leader who can manage our creative team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, detailed oriented young professional who has a passion for everything digital. You must be prepared to think on your feet and quickly adapt to the fast-paced and results-driven environment of digital media. 

As our creative graphic designer manager intern, you will oversee the creative team and serve as the liaison between the developing team and the creative team. To be successful, it is extremely important that you are personable, articulate, and able to direct traffic inside and out of the office. In addition to overseeing the other interns by assigning tasks and ensuring that weekly objective is completed, you will have opportunities to attend business events. Efficient and effective communication is key! Know what this means at a deeper level.


You must be detail orientated and have a good sense of color, typography, and composition.

  • Strong passion and interest in digital and mobile media

  • Proven talent for creating fresh, unique and professional designs

  • Passionate about user experience and web/mobile usability

  • Offers new ideas and communicates effectively

  • Want to get better every day! If you are not getting better every day, this is not the place for you. There is too much to do and learn for team members who can’t scale effectively.

  • An innovative self-starter who has the ability to problem-solve, be creative, is ambitious and has a strong work ethic.

  • In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, In-Design/ or Illustrator is a must

  • Experience in mobile UI/UX design is a plus

Additional Information

This is an unpaid internship with opportunity for hire or bonus payments when your work gets sold to clients and a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week. Growth potential at FDG is huge, and there is a high probability of a full-time position upon completion of internship.
