We are looking for a self-starter with proven managerial skills, who can help us grow and expand our creative existence. This is a great opportunity for someone to shadow the CEO and Executives of Fresh Digital Group and gain first-hand experience in the administration of a fast-growing Mobile agency. The intern will be the support for the office, therefore you will be communicating with every department here at FDG and assisting managers on any projects necessary. You will also be helping with organization and long term projects in HR while assisting senior management in the assistant role yet make sure the office runs smoothly in the office management position.

Job Description


  • Designing mobile/tablet advertisement mocks for pre-sales; 

  • Concept/ brainstorm sessions with the creative team 

  • Create graphics, banners, ads, and screenshots for clients and branded pitch materials 

  • Working with teams to create apps, mobile web, rich media, user experience, social media, etc. and how it all fits together for an overall experience. 

  • Graphic design for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms 

  • Work directly with our product manager to understand product logic and create designs that align with the architecture 

  • Work directly with clients and our internal developers to design and create unique, compelling products and advertisements 

  • Report directly to our creative manager and have our work overseen by our CCO for daily tasks 


  • You must be detail orientated and have a good sense of color, typography, and composition.  

  • Strong passion and interest in digital and mobile media 

  • Proven talent for creating fresh, unique and professional designs 

  • Passionate about user experience and web/mobile usability 

  • Offers new ideas and communicates effectively 

  • Want to get better every day! If you are not getting better every day, this is not the place for you. There is too much to do and learn for team members who can’t scale effectively. 

  • An innovative self-starter who has the ability to problem-solve, be creative, is ambitious and has a strong work ethic. 

  • In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, In-Design/ or Illustrator is a must

  • Experience in mobile UI/UX design is a plus

Skills Required:

  • Attention to Detail, Graphic Design, Creativity, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator

This is an unpaid internship with opportunity for hire or bonus payments when your work gets sold to clients and a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week. Growth potential at FDG is huge, and there is a high probability of a full-time position upon completion of internship.
