Position: Coordinator, Digital & Branded Entertainment

Job Description – Seeking a digital coordinator reporting to the VP of Digital & Social Media in FremantleMedia’s Digital & Branded Entertainment global division in Burbank, CA. Our global mission is to identify & retrieve digital best practice from ours and competitor shows from around the world, then operationalize and proliferate to relevant digital teams and producers within FM internationally.

Responsibilities
• Assisting VP, Digital & Social Media with answering/rolling calls, calendars and expenses
• Coordinating monthly digital best practice routine calls with key international digital folks in FM territories
• Digital best practice and competitor research to support our international shows
• Frequent deck creation in Keynote shaping our best practice research
• Administrating Wordpress intranet and writing/publishing digital best practice articles
• Slack team administration
Special projects and other related duties as required

Qualifications / Requirements
• 4+ years of experience working in digital entertainment. I.e., across YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms at an MCN, broadcaster, agency, digital marketer, or similar organization.
• Administrative experience (calendar scheduling both domestic and internationally, expenses, booking international travel)
• Innovative thinker and has knowledge of technology advancements relevant to the entertainment industry
• Highly proficient Mac user, especially with Keynote
• Communication skills with speakers of English as a second language
• Basic video editing skills, preferably with Premiere or FCP
• Basic graphic skills (Photoshop proficiency preferred)
• Experience with Wordpress & Mailchimp
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
• Professional social media management/publishing experience, especially with YouTube and Facebook
• Experience with YouTube CMS and Facebook Business Manager is ideal
• Experience in computer or data science a huge plus, but not required
• A true passion for innovation and not afraid of data
