Entry Level Marketing
- Mount Laurel, NJ
The First Flyer Marketing Program is designed to give recent college graduates a well-rounded experience and a thorough introduction to all the facets of the marketing world. First Flyer participants will also gain an extensive amount of industry knowledge by participating in SAFE training and experiencing a "Life of the Loan" rotation. First Flyers can look forward to participating in up to three of these eight departments while in the program: Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Creative Services, Product and Strategy, Digital Team, Traditional Retail, Email Execution, Third Party Origination and others! First Flyers will have the opportunity to make lasting, valuable contributions to the marketing team while they are experiencing each of their different roles and rotations.
The program is structured similar to a college course: with a combination of classroom training and program features designed to help participants network, gain department knowledge and skills, and grow professionally. These trainings and activities are outlined in a First Flyer Badge System. Completing this badge system is required to graduate from the First Flyer Program. Badges will be earned by participating in projects, attending soft skills training sessions, passing the SAFE exam, and attending company networking events. A mentor will be assigned to each trainee to support them throughout his/her time in the First Flyer Program.
First Flyers will have the opportunity to find a permanent position after successfully completing the program in a designated department they participated in.
