What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Account Executive will drive efforts to build, scale, and manage our client pipeline.
Other responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing pipelines to generate sales activity and revenue
- Vetting prospective companies and key decision-makers through creative lead generation techniques
- Organizing, planning, and executing daily sales routines
- Cultivating relationships with prospective clients
- Clearly communicating with and advising clients,
- Maintaining a high level of service knowledge
- Collaborating with Account Management Representatives to facilitate a smooth client transition for pitching to binding
- 2+ years of experience and proven track record of being a stellar salesperson
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy, proactive and results oriented
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Commercial Insurance experience and a Broker’s license is a major plus!
