Director of Revenue Marketing

Your Mission

FOSSA is looking for a revenue marketing leader to own demand generation, integrated campaigns, and the lead pipeline. This is an opportunity for the right person to have an outsized impact on a high-growth company in three main areas:

  • Define and expand FOSSA’s customer acquisition strategy
  • Build programs that resonate with target segments and accounts
  • Establish business intelligence for a healthy, efficient marketing funnel 

You love partnering with Sales to dig into key markets and metrics. You know how to drive ROI from the customer lifecycle and stand out in a crowd. You’re psyched about queueing up large, complex deals with technical buyers. You’ll be the first line of defense for all paid digital channels, growing and optimizing the funnel from new and existing users, and feeding FOSSA’s enterprise sales machine. You'll work closely with the executive, sales, and finance teams, as well as help fuel the rest of the marketing organization.

About you:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in demand gen, rev marketing, growth marketing, marketing ops, and/or digital marketing
  • 1+ year of people-management and hiring experience
  • Expertise in SEM/PPC, display/retargeting, social, syndication/sponsorship, email nurture, webinars
  • Fluency in B2B marketing for a high-touch enterprise motion (past support of a technical sale a plus)
  • Readiness to introduce an ABM strategy and collaborate with outbound sales
  • Past responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, attribution, performance, and reporting
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and BI tools 
  • Serious analysis and communication chops: samples of planning and campaign materials required
  • Ability to forge a partnership with Sales leadership and hit SLAs
