Recruiter Lead - FoodKick

POSITION SUMMARY - The FoodKick Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for providing guidance, support, and coordination. The main responsibility of the FoodKick Talent Acquisition Lead is to assist the Human Resources Manager in every aspect of Human Resources including the recruitment process, which includes pre-recruitment, recruitment and post candidate selection activities. This coordination will be done through consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the FoodKick Human Resources department.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for screening applicants to determine if they are a cultural and positional fit for the purpose of qualifying them for the interview process. This is the primary function of the Talent Acquisition Lead

• Coordinate and manage candidate interview logistics; inclusive of scheduling the agenda, booking travel and hotel if applicable, and ensuring that all interview invites are accepted

• Ensure proper communication with candidates at all times

• Welcome candidates when they arrive for interviews and make sure they are comfortable as well as ensuring Hiring Managers adhere to schedule.

• Responding to employee's common questions and escalating to the HR Manager

• Assist the HR Manager is carrying out various human resources programs, procedures and activities such as birthdays, promotion celebrations etc....

• Assist in the facilitation of New Hire Orientation and paperwork

• Perform candidate research via tools such as linkedin and ziprecruiter and other available tools

• Responsible for job postings and job board management

• Coordinate and manage candidate interview logistics; inclusive of scheduling the agenda, booking travel and hotel if applicable, and ensuring that all interview invites are accepted

• Responsible for collecting interview feedback and evaluation forms and logging them in the ATS

• Process post interview documents and tests

• Manage our ATS user portal for both internal and external users

• Attend job fairs

• Additional Ad hoc assignments

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong recruitment hourly employees experience
Minimum of one (1) year related experience
• Experienced in Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management tools
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced knowledge preferred
Flexible availability.

Minimum Requirements:
• Associates degree in Human Resource preferred and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and/or education
• Two plus (1+) years of relevant HR/Admin experience with an interest in learning and developing HR and business skill set
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Traveling between Brooklyn and Manhattan facilities is required

• Strong recruitment experience is required.
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure
Ability to be creative and utilize different sources for recruitment
Ability to self manage and meet deadlines and recruitment quotas is a must
Proven ability to be discreet and keep information confidential
• Demonstrated ability to establish good relations with employees and managers on all levels
• Must be detail orientated with optimal organizational skills
• Ability to be creative, resourceful, pro-active and innovative
• Outstanding and proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus on teamwork, project management and follow-up
• Comfortable juggling and coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to proactively identify problems and offer solutions/ability to work without supervision
