About the Role
The CRM & Loyalty Manager will be responsible for assisting on strategy, planning & execution of all Community Engagement & Loyalty program initiatives aimed at driving frequency, customer retention, and LTV. You will have the opportunity to drive CRM efforts across our portfolio of brands. This will include crafting A/B testing plans, leading cross-functional project planning, partnering collaboratively to concept & execute new initiatives and providing ongoing analyses & actionable recommendations. You should be able to think strategically and execute with excellence.
Responsibilities
Ownership of the CRM calendar, working with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize based on customer insight, business needs, and analytics
Develop and execute A/B incentive testing, inclusive of briefs, segmentation, deployment, and reporting
Assist in the development and launch of Loyalty program
Develop project plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute community engagement tactics, partnering collaboratively with the community editor
Provide post-project analyses, highlighting clear insights and recommendations
Act as a key point of contact for CRM third-party vendors
Requirements
5-7 years experience in CRM, retention marketing, or loyalty marketing for direct-to-consumer business
Possess keen analytical and quantitative skills; ability to think critically and use data to derive insights and inform marketing plans.
Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once
Previous experience running & optimizing loyalty programs preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization including to senior leadership.
Ability to both lead and drive autonomously to tight deadlines with regular updates to key stakeholders.
Previous retail industry experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
For residents of CT, NJ or NY the compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Factors used to determine the salary range for a given position may impact what salary within the stated range may be offered to any particular candidate (e.g., years of experience, level of education obtained, etc.).
