Fivestars if looking for top talent in the SDR field to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives. As the Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the “top of funnel” of our business; from lead screening all the way through conversions to appointments, and the tracking thereof. This is a role best suited for someone familiar working with complex and agile systems. You are central to our business, as a large portion of all company revenue is driven by inbound leads, which your team will control.   • Ensure every SDR meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Empower SDRs with the confidence and skill to execute talk tracks flawlessly on every call
  • Manage to a dial count of 130+ and talk time of 2+ hours per SDR
  • QA calls
  • Manage process adherence and data quality
  • Manage cross-functional business partners to ensure process is followed, course correcting as needed
  • Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as necessary
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to recap results and paint a vision for the future
  • Interface with the Marketing team daily
  • Provide feedback on, and assist in, the construction of various marketing campaigns
  • Develop unique scripts for marketing campaigns as needed
  • Hold weekly 1-1s with each team member
  • Develop performance plans, as needed
  • Partner with the Learning and Development (Training) team to create and facilitate training content
  • Constantly grow the individual skill sets of your team members
  • Enforce basic business standards related to HR policy and general office policy

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least one year of SDR/Sales management experience with demonstrable ability to hit targets
  • 3+ years in SDR/Sales environments, at least 2 in a quota-carrying capacity, with performance being in the top 10th percentile
  • A deep level of experience in sales development best practices and developing, coaching, and scaling sales development teams
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially when in relation to working cross-departmentally
  • Thoughtful and articulate communicator
  • Ability to consistently and accurately follow direction
  • Positive and infectious personality
  • Comfortable with receiving feedback and executing on said feedback quickly
  • Stays calm, cool, and collected while managing a fast moving, complex team
