About the Position
We are seeking talented and creative Engineering Managers to join our team to lead and support a team of full-stack Software Engineers working on our full range of products.

The Engineering Manager will manage a team of 5-10 full-stack Software Engineers, working closely with peers in product and other stakeholders to define and execute work that aligns with company and R&D vision and goals. The work represented by the members of your team is likely to be diverse, representing any of the company’s product lines and corresponding technology stacks. Your focus will be to see and plan for the connections across that work, and to develop best practices and processes that prioritize excellence and collaboration. While you may occasionally be asked to or needed to contribute hands-on, this is largely a hands-off role.

This role will report to an Engineering Director.

- Experience mentoring a team of full-stack Software Engineers
- Developed Engineering best practices and processes that prioritize excellence in various areas (CI/CD, version control, cloud infrastructure, testing, etc)
- Engaged in hiring a diverse and talented team
- Participated in code and software design reviews as needed
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and practices
- Collaborated across functions (Product, UX, and other stakeholders)
- Communicated technical information to non-technical audiences providing clear, concise, and constructive feedback 
- Git or similar version control
- Adept in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar elastic computing services
