Recruiting Coordinator

First Media is a millennial focused media company and one of the top 10 publishers on Facebook, with 1.9 billion monthly views. We are searching for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing video company across lifestyle verticals including food, health, beauty, parenting, home and entertainment.
 
Responsibilities:
·       Understand technical requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization
·       Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, and pipelining efforts as well as attend any local networking events as required
·       Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement that creates a world-class candidate experience: Your follow up, follow-through, and attention to detail will be the foundation for a great candidate experience
·       Recommend and drive improvements with Talent Acquisition team to effectively screen and assess talent
·       Research and gather market intelligence. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities. You will create a pipeline of talent for current and future needs
·       Network: You will build networks and relationships through industry contacts, colleagues, trade groups, etc., to identify active and passive candidates
·       Track candidate activity and share with internal stakeholders
 
Qualifications:
·       1+ years sourcing experience
·       Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
·       Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
·       Decisive and able to push back constructively when appropriate
·       Good interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers
·       Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally
·       Must possess good follow up skills
·       Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, Lever, Indeed, AngelList and other recruiting platforms a large plus
·       Strong written and verbal communication
