Website Strategy Program Manager

Position Description:
The Digital Channels Program Manager will be responsible for executing the strategy and ongoing management of First Citizens' external website, This role will define the website's user experience across the customer's financial journey, lead strategic planning/roadmap development, and drive the site's ongoing optimization efforts. Collaborate with line of business leaders and key stakeholders to determine content and capabilities needed to increase website traffic, improve user engagement, and drive sales conversions. Partner with Marketing and Sales Strategy teams to boost referral sources and improve the effectiveness of our digital marketing and cross-sell efforts. Define and analyze channel-focused key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure progress against business objectives. Identify and assess 3rd party solutions needed to improve the user experience and achieve business objectives. This role will also work closely with other Digital Channels Program managers to ensure a cohesive and synergistic experience for customers as they navigate across Digital Channels. The Digital Channels Program manager will ensure that the digital delivery of First Citizens' value proposition across products/services allows us to attract and retain our targeted customer segments (consumers, businesses, and wealth clients). He or she will focus on website redesign / enhancements, ongoing site management, and/or CMS and other technology implementations depending on business need.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience (with 5 years if within financial services)
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 14 years financial services experience

-Product management experience with Digital Solutions or e-commerce
-Experience with a Content Management System (CMS)

-Familiarity with SEO and Digital Marketing strategies
