Treasury Analyst

Position Description:
The Treasury Analyst position will serve as primary support for developing reporting and on-going analysis of Pricing and Balance Sheet Trends. Other tasks include supporting the Lines of Business (LOB) on pricing decisions, coordinating pricing updates for loan and deposit products, and providing ad-hoc analysis for other Treasury related items, including the Investment Portfolio, Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk and Capital Management.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years financial services experience in Financial Analysis/Accounting or Treasury.

High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years financial services experience in Financial Analysis/Accounting or Treasury.

Ability to think strategically. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to impact and influence. Strong presentation skills. Strong inter-personal skills to handle competing priorities and assist with conflict resolution. Ability to build strong relationships as well as interact with all levels of management across the enterprise. Demonstrated understanding of databases, and ability to understand and manipulate large amounts of data.

Develop and provide ongoing reporting on loan and deposit pricing. Provide analytics and commentary on pricing and balance sheet trends, and relative economic value across products. Monitor exceptions to pricing policies, and communicate trends and deviations to management.
Pro-actively work with Bankers and Sales Executives on pricing decisions, interacting with LOB regularly to provide insight into pricing. Work with LOB on developing pricing for new products.
Coordinate loan and deposit pricing updates across products, including communications and/or working with operational support.
Support the treasury department with ad-hoc analysis, related to the Investment Portfolio, Funding and Liquidity, and Interest Rate Risk.
Analyze and provide support on Capital Management, including the Capital Forecast and development of the annual Capital Plan.
Assist with the coordination and preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly Treasury committee meetings.

Other preferred qualifications:
Three to five years of Finance/Treasury related experience
MBA or CFA
Experience with Bloomberg, Oracle Hyperion solutions
