Position Description:

Consumer Loan Servicing
Commercial Loan Servicing

Supervise, direct and coordinate the day to day operations of Loan Servicing in a high volume, time sensitive environment to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily and other periodic duties within departmental service levels. Organize the systematic delegation of departmental responsibilities to ensure adequate staffing and segregation of duties as required for efficient processing and risk mitigation. Interview, hire and train new associates. Manage and monitor associate performance regarding quality and productivity, providing ongoing coaching and talent development opportunities.

Responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting departmental metrics. Represent the department at interdepartmental meetings. Serve on project teams for new bank initiatives and the development of new products and process enhancements. Act as a liaison between third party vendors and sales/support associates. Monitor and adhere to departmental budget and goals. Support manager in developing departmental strategies and implementing process improvements.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years lending and loan operations experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
-OR-
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years lending and loan operations experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

Additional Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and loan systems and ancillary systems.
Considerable knowledge of loan related documentation.
Considerable knowledge of the systems and applications.
Ability to exercise good judgment.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written communications at all levels of the Bank.
Attention to detail and the ability to perform in a demanding production environment.
Considerable knowledge of banking policy and regulatory requirements at a multi-state level.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ALS loan system.
Notary Public.
