Sales Enablement Specialist

Position Description:
The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for equipping sales teams with the information and resources they need to sell effectively and develop life-long relationships with our customers. Through a deep understanding of buyer and seller behaviors this role develops and delivers content, tools and resources to reinforce an effective and customer centric sales process. This role is also responsible for the alignment and messaging of strategic initiatives that impact the sales organization.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience in developing sales support or sales training
OR
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years' experience in developing sales support or sales training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments within a large or complex organization
•Deep understanding of the sales process
•Solid attention to detail; excellent organization skills with the ability to balance numerous projects and meet tight deadlines
Experience in the financial services field
•Experience in a sales role
•Experience in project management
