Product Implementation Specialist
The Product Implementation Specialist will work directly with business customer's finance office associates and determine the best way to structure and restrict Purchasing Cards to be distributed throughout the company and to help them self-service via our business credit card specific platform. This associate will also be responsible for rebate reporting.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years experience in sales or customer service.
Requires strong customer service skills.
Requires the ability to understand the customer's needs and the limitations of the self-service platform to translate them into a purchasing card structure that will work for the customer.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with credit card products and processing systems a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle customer phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
Customer support, bank operations, or implementation experience.
