Personal Risk Advisor

This position is responsible for generating affluent or high net worth personal insurance revenue. Promotes department growth by developing and retaining client relationships. Reviews and analyzes complex personal insurance risks to recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Meets business goals and profitability objectives through direct sales and referral marketing techniques.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years direct insurance sales experience.
- OR -
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years direct insurance sales experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing - Promotes insurance products and services to current and potential affluent clients. Uses understanding of client needs to create and present value-added solutions. Develops business opportunities through bank and Wealth partner relationships, centers of influence, and satisfied clients. Achieves goals by participating in sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Account Support - Provides service to existing insurance clients. Answers inquires, determines client needs, and conducts ongoing risk analysis to verify coverage solutions.
Relationship Development - Builds relationships with Wealth, Private Banking, insurers, and clients to promote insurance products and related services.
Product Expert - Maintains insurance knowledge in this highly specialized market segment in order to meet client needs and provide value. Recommends appropriate insurance carrier and solutions to place coverage.
