Position Description:
This position has responsibility for ensuring that the policies, procedures and practices of the division comply with appropriate laws and regulations. The incumbent will support management in the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance with designated laws and regulations affecting the division. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the division, corporate and legal in matters related to compliance.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in financial services to include compliance, audit/assessment, branch management or commercial banking/business banking required.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years experience in financial services to include compliance, audit/assessment, branch management or commercial banking/business banking required.
Additional Requirements:
Analytical ability to develop sampling routines to effectively test for compliance with applicable regulations.
Ability to work with all areas of the company.
Ability to influence others and think strategically.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) designation.
Bachelors degree or Post Graduate degree.
