Closing Document Compliance Specialist

Position Description:
Accurately prepare and deliver loan closing documents for residential mortgage loans to settlement agents for closing.
Must calculate closing fees accurately as well as review HUD1 settlement statements, title binders, hazard policies and tax records.
Inventory closed loan packages as received from settlement agents, review for the validity, marketability, accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations and completeness of each file.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year experience with mortgage loan closing documents required.

Additional Requirements:
Assertive communication skills required to effectively work with attorneys, title agents and paralegals.
Basic computer skills.
Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
