Change Management Consultant
The Change Management Consultant will lead the communication and organizational change management efforts for the Business Project Office. To manage the Change Management discipline and associated standards and processes for BPO. Ensure that all associates and BPO led initiatives comply with all Change Management processes and standards. In the context of initiative delivery, ensure a consistent holistic approach to change impacting clients, employees and operational readiness. Lead and ensure overall compliance with the entire Change Management lifecycle ensuring changes are recorded, assessed, evaluated, authorized, coordinated, and closed utilizing KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst and/or Change Management Role.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Management, Business Analyst and/or Change Management Role.
Proven ability to quickly gain insight into business needs
Experience developing business communication and change management strategies
Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and influence at all levels in the organization
Proven ability to think creatively and design strategic solutions to complex communication challenges involving multiple constituents
Proven ability to drive multiple assignments to completion in a fast-paced team environment
Good process engineering skills.
Working knowledge of project methodology
Proven communications, writing and editing skills
Experience with electronic delivery channels and processes
Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Able to manage initiatives serving multiple constituents in a fast-moving, changing environment using sound judgment within tight deadlines.
Able to design and execute measurements to evaluate solution effectiveness and adjust as needed.
