SYNOPSIS

Financial Finesse is adding a Talent Acquisition Manager to our growing team. Our Talent Acquisition Manager will continue to build the Financial Finesse team during a time of strong growth demands and to provide resources and support needed for managers and employees to perform optimally in line with business needs. This internal recruiter will be highly resourceful and willing to do what's necessary to find just the right people for the role, as well as our cultural.

THE JOB

Recruiting

  • Partner with management team in defining hiring plans and strategy at least annually
  • Develop and manage annual recruiting budget
  • Maintain and enhance strong employer brand, leveraging company culture and strength from numerous "best workplaces" awards through various channels, such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, The Muse, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring processes
  • Manage job postings, ATS system, candidate application reviews, interview scheduling and administration
  • Oversee interview process, conducting introductory interview and providing feedback and guidance as needed to interviewers
  • Maintain strong and current market knowledge to support strategic decision making
  • Provide high level guidance and ongoing partnership to internal Financial Planner recruiter
  • Manage recruiter and vendor relationships as needed
  • Build out our database of talent to call upon as needed for future recruiting needs

Onboarding

  • Oversee new-hire training process focused on building company and cultural knowledge
  • Manage internal resources and training documents for new hire training
  • Partner with managers to ensure new hire training objectives met
  • Provide high level oversight to HR Coordinator and Systems Administrator on HR, IT, and administrative tasks associated with new hire onboarding

Performance Management

  • Oversee management of quarterly MBO (Management by Objectives) performance review process
  • Partner with management team to ensure clear communication of strategic objectives to employees and consistency of objective setting and performance reviews company-wide
  • Track performance results and associated bonuses for recordkeeping and payroll processing

Compensation and Incentive Programs

  • Manage company's equity plan, including distribution of legal documents and maintaining book records
  • Partner with managers to provide market insight and maintain consistency of compensation management and communication across teams
  • Provide oversight and support to HR Coordinator as needed for related payroll processing

HR, Payroll, and Benefits

  • Manage relationship with PEO and provide oversight and high-level decision making on payroll, benefits, HR policies, and ad-hoc projects
  • Provide guidance and direction to HR Coordinator in administrative processing of payroll and benefits
  • Keep up to date on key HR, employment law, payroll, and benefits regulations to support strategic decision making to provide guidance as needed to managers

Offboarding

  • Manage offboarding process, including exit interviews, HR administration, and support managers as needed in transition of responsibilities

EXPERIENCE

  • 7-10 years' professional experience, including 3 years recruiting experience (preferred)

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU

The Talent Acquisition Manager position is based in our headquarter office in El Segundo, CA. The total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $118,000, including an $80,000 base salary and quarterly and annual bonuses, and additional financial opportunities exist through cash-based profit sharing and through equity plans.
