CAREER, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS:

We're an employee-owned company and a relatively small team of individuals inspired by what we get to do to every day, and we utilize thoughtful and innovative strategies to implement and expand our impact. Our entrepreneurial spirit and social mission are core to our culture, and the company's strong foundation has sustained various market cycles. These are just a few of the reasons we've been honored as a "Best Place to Work" by the Los Angeles Business Journal for seven consecutive years.

As a flat organization, we leverage the strengths and passions of our employees, with a focus on the results of what we achieve, driven by a strong independent and collective drive and heart. We don't focus on our employees' attire or when or where they know they are most successful in their role. We focus on the needs and vision of the business and those of our clients, the sharing of ideas across all departments and levels of the organization, and we drive ourselves and each other forward in our collective mission to expand our impact.

Total compensation for the Financial Planner Position averages between $115,000 and $135,000 including an $100,000 base salary. Additional compensation is available through promotions and a profit-sharing plan. Our full benefit package includes employer paid medical, dental, vision, and life, HSA and FSA options, a 401(k) with immediate vesting, employee discount programs, a flexible work environment, and (of course!) best-in-class financial wellness resources for employees, friends and family.
