Financial Engines is currently seeking a positively energetic, motivated personality for our Central Call Team office in St. George, UT. A Digital Lead Coordinator proactively discovers potential clients’ needs and matches them with a financial advisor at Financial Engines via telephone and/or live chat. They bring our business to the next level!

What exactly does a Digital Lead Coordinator do? Well, we are glad you asked…

·Contacts current and potential clients via outbound telephone calls and setting up proactive appointments with a Financial Advisor in the client’s local area
·Handles inbound calls and live chats to set proactive appointments with an Financial Advisor in the client’s local area
·Uses a proactive, needs-based sales model to identify prospective clients for company offers and/or services
·Appropriately assesses client situations to identify key attributes that can be handed off to the Financial Advisor  
·Demonstrates to clients and prospects the value of Financial Engines, resulting in asset accumulation and retention
·Expresses how the features and benefits of Financial Engines products and services can meet clients’ needs
·Accurately and efficiently handles all communications to meet all company-wide expectations
·Utilizes, maintains and continuously improves various sales and communication techniques
·Maintains and continuously builds upon knowledge of Financial Engines products, services, programming, prices, promotions and technical skills
·Executes miscellaneous projects as assigned with a positive and collaborative attitude 

What skills and abilities would help me to be a great Digital Lead Coordinator?

·Excellent listening skills in order to translate wants and needs to products and services
·Ability to quickly learn Financial Engines-specific telephone and computer programs, systems and processes (e.g., CRM, dialer technology, order entry, scheduling, live chat)
·Possess extraordinary detail organization and prioritization skills
·Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly, professionally and accurately communicate with prospects and clients
·Precise and efficient speed in digital communications; 40 wpm or more preferred
·Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Outlook
·Ability to overcome objections and remain politely and professionally persistent
·Ability to multi-task on the telephone while simultaneously navigating through various computer systems 

What do I need to have in order to qualify for this excellent opportunity?

·Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred ·         Financial services experience preferred
·Willingness and ability to obtain Series 65 OR Series 66 & 7 in the future
·Previous experience in an outbound call center environment
·Formal sales and/or customer service background preferred
