Squad Leader - Health Savings Accounts
The Role
The Health and Benefits Accounts Domain within the Fidelity Health is looking for an experienced product management professional to help lead the effort to define, implement and support the next generation of the digital experience for employers with HSAs.
In this role, you will be a member of the HSA Product Area with responsibility for evolving and enriching the contribution experience and capabilities available to both employers and employees. The focus of this role will be both strategic and tactical and include collaboration with platform and data architecture team members across Fidelity Health, Workplace Investing and Fidelity Brokerage to help develop improved solutions for positive (payroll) contribution processing, contribution limit monitoring for self-only and family coverage tiers, year-to-date contribution reporting for employers, contribution advance and integration with Fidelity benefits administration platforms.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA desired
- 8+ years product management experience
- Series 7 and 63 are permitted for this role
- Experience engaging with senior internal and external clients and partners.
- Brokerage and financial services experience
- Agile leadership experience
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
- Demonstrated expertise working with product positioning, product development, product strategy, strategic thinking, goal setting, planning and decision making.
- Take a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs and can translate business themes into initiatives, sub-initiatives, goals, epics and user stories which are well-understood and can be handled by one or more agile squads.
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to align with the organization and across Fidelity Healthcare Group
- Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams
- Understanding of the Health Savings Account (HSA) product offering and the needs of the customer using this product along with strong familiarity with FPRS recordkeeping, FBSI and FDOT platforms along with implications to customer onboarding.
- You have experience delivering strong results while working in cross-organizational, highly matrixed environments.
- You are committed to continuously building a balance of technology and non-technology skills in order to fully appreciate the broad needs of our customers.
The Team
The HSA Product Area is a team of Squad Leaders, Product Owners and Initiative Owners that work in partnership with other Product Areas, Chapter Areas, WI Relationship Management, WI Service and Operations and other organizations to continuously evolve the capabilities and experiences for HSAs. The Product Area's current focus includes customer onboarding, contributions management (including Holding Account, Contribution Advance, Deposit Error Corrections); Investing, Advice, Contribution Tools, Balance Sharing and the Digital Experiences used by employers and employees.
