Job Description:
Director, Marketing Automation
The Marketing Technology team is looking for a Director of Marketing Automation to design innovative solutions leveraging cloud technologies. In this role, you will work with business partners to understanding their needs, translate those needs into innovative solutions with technical requirements that can be seamlessly integrated with our Marketing Technology Stack, and track the effectiveness of those solutions.
The Expertise You Have
- Experience in solutioning and developing Martech strategies for Financial Service B2B and B2C organizations focusing on measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise related to connecting data ecosystems to develop fully integrated cross-channel journeys.
- Ability to serve as tech lead, coaching and mentoring jr. developers.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and other marketing tech applications.
- Ability to work comfortably in Agile methodology.
- Understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, including integrated customer journeys.
- Proficiency in implementing complex digital programs leveraging cloud-based technology.
- Strong, confident presenter and communicator.
