HR Manager

Fetch Robotics - HR Manager Position

We are looking for a skilled HR generalist to assume responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources process and practice at Fetch Robotics. The position will report to the COO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support overall business strategy and company success
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and manage an employee onboarding process
  • Develop and manage a performance management system
  • Develop a management/leadership training program for our young/new managers
  • Oversee immigration application process (H1-B) and work closely with outside counsel to create an efficient process
  • Oversee and support the internship program
  • Ensure legal compliance

Requirements:

  • People-oriented and results driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast growing environment
  • Experience in recruitment for all functions, especially R&D / Engineering
  • Minimum 3 year of HR generalist management experience
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resource or related field
  • This is a full time position.
