We're looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our team in France!

In this role, you'll develop sales strategies for assigned accounts, work closely with key channel contacts, and utilize marketing initiatives to improve our business. You'll plan and execute Zebra sales launches and deliver high-impact presentations and training. As a business partner, you'll meet with end-users to understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for French market - channel partners
  • Generate leads, nurture and expand existing relationships, and identify opportunities for potential future growth
  • Detect untapped markets and establishing strategies for increasing revenue from current accounts
  • Have a deep understanding of Zebra's software and hardware products and services, along with competitor offerings, and be able to educate customers in a persuasive yet engaging manner
  • Managing partner C-Level relationships including financial (revenue) and legal (contractual) interactions
  • Identify training and development requirements
  • Manage own quota of key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed
  • Ensure the company is positively represented at all times
  • Work towards a set of monthly/quarterly KPIs
  • Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Build and implement a business development and revenue plan with Partners.
  • Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Channel Champion - self-starting, curious and possess a growth mind-set to be open to change & innovation to drive current and prospective channel partnerships in line with Zebra's global and regional strategy.

Someone who is a leader in their craft that wants the opportunity to drive change at a strategic level. This will be a high-profile sales role and they will be expected to manage senior stakeholders as a result.

Fluent French and English are a must for this role.

  • Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.


  • Adapting approach and behaviour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. This role will include managing varied stakeholders; both partners and end-customers thus there is a need to be adaptable and tailor support accordingly.
