Subject Matter Expert - NYC

We are seeking an Amazon Subject Matter Expert to help our customers grow their business by enhancing their Amazon expertise. You'll serve as the crucial point of contact for the customers and stakeholders working with Feedvisor.

About the Role

  • You'll be our customers' Amazon guru, teaching them how to handle a suspension or other issues, inventory management, and how to manage their business across multiple platforms.

  • You'll collaborate across the Feedvisor team, building our market strategy methodology and tools, and then passing that knowledge along to your colleagues.

  • You'll coach Feedvisor's Strategic Account Managers on our market strategy methodology, and help them seamlessly incorporate it into their work.

  • You'll be in it for the long haul with our best customers. You will work with executives and advise them on any changes coming at Amazon that may impact them, understand their need and assist their growth.

About you

  • You're an analytical decision-maker with a passion for machine learning and data science, and experienced with ecommerce and the online marketplace.

  • You're a natural leader and a top-notch relationship manager, with a deep understanding of consulting methodologies and a passion for training others. You project confidence and trustworthiness.

  • You're an enthusiastic and active listener, and empathy is your superpower. Your customers, your colleagues (and your friends and family, too): they all know you're a person they can count on to be there. Probably waving pom-poms.

  • You're persuasive and persistent. You know how essential our technology is to businesses, and you're not afraid to brag about it. You can close a deal in your sleep.

  • You're not a newbie. You've got 3+ years' experience working with Amazon in management consulting positions. You have a BA/BS degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience. And your Excel skills are not to be messed with.
