At Feedvisor, our technology makes a real and lasting impact on our customers' businesses. We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to work with our best and biggest customers to fully realize the potential our products have on their future.

About the Role

  • You'll be the central point of contact on some of our largest accounts, crafting elegant strategies to make sure our customers are getting the most out of our products. You'll work with our customers' executives and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, and put their goals into action.

  • You'll wear many hats and become a hardcore account manager/technical guru hybrid. You'll hold immense knowledge on how Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI power our products, and activate that knowledge to ensure our customers' success.

  • You'll collaborate across the Feedvisor team, creating exciting and profitable solutions to meet customers' objectives and overcome challenges.

  • You'll be in it for the long haul with our best customers. You will work with executives to integrate and expand their use of Feedvisor over time, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction. You'll make Feedvisor an irreplaceable part of our customers' businesses (and maybe their lives.)

About you

  • You're a top-notch relationship manager. You project confidence and trustworthiness. You're an enthusiastic and active listener, and empathy is your superpower. Your customers, your colleagues (and your friends and family, too): they all know you're a person they can count on to be there. Probably waving pom-poms.

  • You're used to working on a large scale. You've managed big, multi-level, multi-interface accounts, and you can collaborate with anyone from technicians to C-levels. You feel at home when there's a lot going on.

  • You're persuasive and persistent. You know how essential our technology is to businesses, and you're not afraid to brag about it. You can close a deal in your sleep.

  • You're an analytical decision-maker. You are capable of balancing multiple priorities and foreseeing potential challenges. Sort of like a fortune teller with great quantitative skills.

  • You're not a newbie. You've got 4+ years' experience in account management, or customer success positions, definitely with a software company, preferably in SaaS. You have a BA/BS degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience. And your Excel skills are not to be messed with.
