Noc Manager

We are looking for a NOC Manager to join our R&D team, and be responsible for real-time monitoring of a SaaS company with hundreds of clients. As lead of the team, you'll take charge of ensuring a high level of availability for a technically complex application, define set and manage various monitoring tools and alert systems.You will interact with our dynamic R&D division using the latest technologies to ensure smooth deployment of new features. You will also play a key role in preemptively alerting support on the system's performance allowing them foresee issues and manage the client's needs.

About the role

+ You will manage a team of Noc specialists, ensuring system stability/service according to SLA level (24/7).

+ You will be responsible for providing first response for technical system failure.

+ You will Identify errors and anomalies.

+ You will managing communicating and recording system's events (Crises, failures and scheduled maintenance).

+ You will Managing e2e support activity (till the end of events)

About You

+ You have proven planning and hands-on expertise in monitoring technologies.

+ You have Proven project management skills

+ You are experienced and proficient with troubleshooting techniques and problem solving in a 24x7x365 Production environment (SaaS/Web).

+ You have good working knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux, AWS, Monitoring systems, and databases queries.

+ You have at least 2 years of experience as NOC team leader, including making daily reports on shift operations and issues handled/escalated.

+ You are available for night shifts and weekends.

+ You have experience working with CRM tools (preferred Jira and Zendesk).

+ You are familiar with scripting languages (Advantage).

+ You enjoy working in a dynamic and time sensitive environment (previous startup experience is a plus).

+ You are responsible and professional.

+ You are Independent and fast learner.

+You have good interpersonal skills (communication and team player and service oriented).
