If you are a leader who has demonstrated experience in business and product strategy and commercialization, has an empathy for both consumers and businesses, has a strong bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and wants to unlock the potential of WhatsApp to serve millions of businesses, we would be excited to hear from you. In this role, you will be expected to identify key market requirements/opportunities, manage our go-to-market plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring great solutions to businesses and the community. You will do this in close partnership with several other functions, including Product Management, Engineering, PR, and Partnerships.This is a full-time global position based with the WhatsApp team based in Mumbai

  • Driving growth, Retention & Commerce for SMBs on WA
  • •Identify and Build program strategy to drive business growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment
  • •Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness
  • •Plan, test and scale programs to grow adoption of business solutions across WhatsApp
  • •Build networks across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, data science, and product to drive program execution
  • •Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
  • MBA/or Masters in equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of work experience in sales, service, marketing, consulting or product/program management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Experience in problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
  • Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience being a connector across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion
  • Experience influencing regional operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs
  • Masters or MBA
  • Experience working with multiple cross functional teams both at global & local levels
  • Experience in building and executing SMB growth programs
