As a Recruiting Lead, you will have the experience to grow with the rapidly expanding business. You will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies for our largest demand in technical hiring. You will lead a team of staffing professionals. The position is full-time and is based in our Menlo Park, CA office.


  • Lead a team of recruiters responsible for Production Engineering (PE) university hiring — including development of recruiting strategy, goal-setting, performance management, day-to-day task management
  • Provide care, mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team, following a strengths-based approach to people management
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet PE's hiring and intern program needs across the US, and partner closely with global counterparts to ensure consistencies across regions
  • Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and engineering client groups
  • Create innovative strategies that ensure a high-touch candidate experience
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with recruiting team and client groups
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Growth, Facilities, HR, etc)
  • Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
  • Track and manage a team budget, providing updates when needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience with growing technical organizations
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions
  • Strategic and detail-oriented thinker with analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving
  • Organization and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of University Recruiting Experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
