As a Test Instrumentation Program Manager, you will be driving the development and deployment of our test instrumentation from NPI to production. You will own and lead the architecture engineering of our in-house calibration technology across products from early concept exploration, first article prototyping to production. You will lead members of our organization to develop calibration solutions, test algorithm to define test plans for hardware functionalities, and carryout product characterization. You will drive complex test system design with third-party fixture integrators. You will be the key liaison between internal and external teams and partners. You will be responsible for communicating to the cross-functional team and executives on progress of our test development and test line status at factories. This position requires documentation of test process and executing project plans based on project milestones. This position requires the ability to deal with a dynamic and fast-paced environment requiring data to drive decisions. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.   • Own the planning, development and delivery of test instrumentation solutions with our test design engineers and OEM partners
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs against resources, budget/cost and schedule
  • Develop, report and continually track instrumentation KPIs
  • Manage test engineering dry runs for factory test readiness
  • Collect, analyze and present data in executive presentation for all hardware test systems
  • China travel required: up to 20-30%
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years experience in technical program management of test instrumentation engineering, embedded system design, consumer electronics or related field
  • Experience in building project plans and driving deliverables to development schedules
  • Proven track record of driving development efforts to high-volume production and meeting schedule constraints
  • Experience in working with third-party test integrator and manufacturing partners, especially in a high volume consumer electronic environment
  • Knowledge in statistical methods (6 sigma) for data analysis in production control processes (GR&R, Cp/Cpk and correlation analysis)
  • Experience with test architecture, engineering and integration decisions and timelines
  • Experience with test fixture & instrumentation system design review with internal and third-party partners based on business objectives of manufacturability, test ability and cost effectiveness
  • Experience with test design and development including hardware test coverage, efficiency/yield, cost, space, labor and schedule
Preferred Qualifications
  • CAD experience
  • Experience driving the development of hardware calibration technology on cameras, displays, and/or sensors
  • Experience in Agile development
