Our Recruiting team is looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to support the growth of the Infrastructure, Enterprise & Security Recruiting group in EMEA.   • Lead a small team of Recruiters & Sourcers to work with senior stakeholders in order to develop the group hiring strategy
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for Infrastructure, Enterprise & Security pipelines
  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
  • Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
  • Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters
  • Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience of leading a technical recruiting team, developing capability and driving change a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the Infrastructure, Enterprise & Security industry both in EMEA & Globally
  • Strong understanding of FB vision, story, and long term goals, and how hiring fits into the importance of growth at the company
  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company a plus
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Passionate about contributing to the Facebook mission and goals
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
