Technical Program Manager, Ads Data Lineage

Ads Data Lineage platform is a highly technical, complex solution intended to trace data usage across Facebook data stack. You will be working with multiple Ads, Privacy, Machine Learning and Data Infrastructure teams to design and build data monitoring solution within one of the most advanced advertising platforms in the world. As a TPM, you will be leading the development and launch of new platform capabilities, working with engineers, research, data science, privacy and marketing stakeholders.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, ADS DATA LINEAGE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop overall strategy, product roadmap and tactical business decisions for Ads Lineage data platform.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of data platforms and partners that use them.
  • Establish shared goals with product teams across the company to drive more value for both people and businesses.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Design, Privacy and Data Science teams for product requirements, scope and implementation.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.S. in Computer Science or 5 years or more of Software Application development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in online advertising or in a trust or risk-related product in technical product or technical program management role.
  • 5 or more years of experience working across functions (Engineering, Product Management, Legal) in order to deliver a product or feature.
  • 5 or more years of organizational coordination experience in a technical company.
  • 5 or more years of problem-solving experience with technical systems.
  • 5 or more years of experience understanding product requirements and translating those product needs into plans.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with products or programs that cross legal, policy, trust and fraud.
  • Experience in Machine learning or NLP.
  • PMP Certification (PMI).
