This role is on the Recruiting Programs and Operations Team (POP) and you will be part of the Global Recruiting Learning & Development Team and the Global labs teams. These teams empower Global Recruiting to be the very best at what they do! We are partners, teachers, and advocates for our Recruiting & Sourcing colleagues. We ensure they have the guidance and resources to turn their high-impact work into the talent Facebook needs now and in the future. �This role requires someone who is committed to understanding the global, regional, and individual team requirements and challenges as well as possesses the innovation to drive initiatives in collaboration with global teams to build our strategic sourcing function.
- We offer best practices, knowledge management, sourcing tools expertise, insights, processes and tools training, from the time we welcome you onboard via our onboarding programs and ongoing through in-team support. We collaborate with our global L&D, Program management team and Strategic sourcing teams to drive sourcing capabilities within our recruiting team. Responsibilities: " Coach and guide Recruiting teams to identify the most effective sourcing strategies and their appropriate application to meet the needs of the businesses they support " Create and manage knowledge database for strategic sourcing " Prepare and build reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for top of Funnel activities " Interpret data from multiple platforms to drive sourcing and recruiting strategies and decisions " Develop tools & process best practices that result in growing the internal team's sourcing skillset and outcomes " Educate recruiting teams about sourcing techniques and effective strategies. " Become a subject matter expert specific to internal/external sourcing & recruiting tools and drive their increased understanding and adoption " Explore, identify, and test new and innovative external tools that would help Global Recruiting meet/exceed defined goals��
- REQUIREMENTS o 4+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team o Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers o Research/sourcing skills with ability to dive into search strategies: o Experience in creating talent and market maps to drive sourcing strategies o Knowledge in technology, especially tools and data o Collaboration skills and ability to drive improvement o Communication skills across multiple channels & stakeholders o Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment o Organized with attention to detail and follow through
