The Site Coordinator reports to the Site Manager, but works very closely with all teams and managers onsite to ensure all facets of the day-to-day operational needs of the data center site and teams are met. This is a full time opportunity in our brand new Odense, Data Center.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and escalate any issues related to the support functions mentioned above
  • Support site specific special projects and centrally managed developed projects
  • Support and coordinate site tours and visits where applicable
  • Support site development with the DC teams
  • Other duties as required by the Site Manager, and other managers and teams, as agreed onsiteCommunity
  • Serve as the point of contact for all community related activities
  • Coordinate, implement, and administer the community grants program for your area
  • Maintain relationships with local schools, chamber of commerce, and others
  • Track and report on all community outreach budgets and projects
  • Coordinate community outreach opportunities for your DC team Vendor Management
  • Assist in management of the culinary and micro kitchen teams.
  • Assist in management, as needed, of various other contractors (for example: cleaning team, laundry, landscaping and snow removal, etc.)
  • Identify with Supply Chain Operations (SCO) and track non-critical vendor KPIs Procurement
  • Oversight and ordering of all office supplies.
  • Work directly with the Help Desk to maintain the IT ordering and inventory.
  • Work directly with corporate Procurement Operations to on board and order from various vendors used at the Data Center
  • Reconcile charges from various expense accounts Activities
  • Responsible for all employee on and off site events
  • Work directly with the Global Events team on corporate planned events
  • Support and schedule onsite professional training classes
  • Support the DC manager with community events and media appearances, as needed. Office Support & Management
  • Insure the organization and cleanliness of the data center
  • Perform weekly checks of all conference rooms and stock supplies as needed
  • Support set-up, moves, and configuration changes & providing misc. supplies as needed.
  • Maintain onsite contact lists
  • Support and maintain the printers/plotters onsite.Budgeting
  • Track Community outreach budget and projects
  • Track and support satisfaction budget
  • Track/Action Open (Blanket) PO's in conjunction with SCO

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years working in an administrative function required
  • Project management experience is required
  • Event planning experience is required
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Clear and effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team building skills
  • Must be a self-starter and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Must be able to handle confidential information discretely
