Sales Operations Program Manager

Oculus VR LLC is seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales Operations Program Manager to drive successful implementations for a variety of operational projects within our Customer Operations group.


  • Project management and coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful Retail and Enterprise EDI integrations
  • Drive business and IT teams to build robust reporting and metrics capabilities
  • Document and drive the execution of operations related Customer requirements in concert with third party fulfillment partners, fulfillment team, IT and other internal/external stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure compliance and adoption of product shipping/packaging requirements, such as specific labelling requirements, packaging markings, promotional bundles, etc.
  • Drive on-boarding initiatives that may include new items, new markets, and new Customer Partners
  • Work on various assigned scale and process improvement initiatives in support of sales operations objectives
  • Led projects to drive promotional programs within operations as required
  • Support internal and third party tools and systems integrations as needed or required
  • This position may require occasional domestic and international travel
  • Experience multitasking and prioritizing requests
  • Experience communicating and presenting your message to audiences e.g. Sales, IT, systems integration, third party vendors, Channel Partners
  • Experience adapting to new internal tools and processes
  • Organizational and time-management experience to fulfill daily, weekly, monthly deliverables
  • Experience delivering against objectives and timelines
  • Demonstrated experience influencing outcomes
  • Knowledge of supply chain and operations in a consumer electronics context
  • Experience working in an operations capacity as either a project or program manager and for a consumer electronics company
