Regional Product Marketing Manager, Gaming, North America

Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing professional with strong background in direct marketing to drive the regional go-to-market strategy for our Ads solutions. The successful candidate must have experience working with sales channels (direct and indirect) to drive product adoption in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. He or she must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrix organization. This is a full-time position in either Menlo Park or New York.


  • Partner with regional sales leadership, global business marketing and product marketing managers to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions across the gaming market
  • Collaborate with headquarter based Product Marketing Managers to help roll out new advertising products and feature enhancements
  • Drive implementation of Direct Response Solutions. Track and drive toward product adoption goals
  • Cross-functional team player comfortable with in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Communicate with sales leadership and customers to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
  • Partner with the Business Marketing team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including PR, events, speaking opportunities, etc)
  • Develop product growth program for both internal (sales) and external (clients, agencies and Marketing Partners) audiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with direct response advertising across display, ad networks and/or search, with outstanding expertise in optimizing complex performance campaigns
  • Hands on experience with gaming ad solutions
  • Has demonstrated product marketing experience in the web and mobile advertising
  • Perspective on digital marketing, the industry & client objectives
  • Analytical skills and ability to solve problems with data
  • Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Record of mentoring and leading team
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
  • Knowledgeable in Facebook ad products especially targeting and optimization
  • Communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Vertical industry experience in Gaming or eComm
