Regional Product Marketing Manager, Core Ads Products for SMB, APAC

Facebook seeks an experienced Regional Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption and growth of Core Advertising products with our small and medium businesses (SMB) in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. You will represent the millions of small businesses that use Facebook and will work with product teams to build and launch solutions that meet their needs. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial and have strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR and Sales to drive product adoption in a fast paced Internet or online marketing company. He or she should have a strong digital marketing skills, a good understanding of online advertising solutions, and should be a critical thinker with strong execution skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work across Facebook's business in Asia and increase growth of our Core Advertising products. This is a full-time position, based in our Singapore office.


  • Partner with regional Sales team to drive product understanding and adoption with advertising customers
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers to develop and drive regional go-to-market efforts for new advertising products and feature enhancements
  • Obtain and distill market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
  • Aggregate individual client needs into broader trends/analysis
  • Identify scalable path to grow product adoption in region
  • Serve as a Regional product expert for Core Advertising products
  • Advocate and represent the APAC SMB regional needs for product solutions, tools and goals
  • Attend strategic in-market client meetings
  • Build training programs and actively participate in sessions
  • Work with Marketing Communications team to ensure product materials are customized for regional use and marketing channels are leveraged (events, speaking opportunities, etc)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience in technology
  • Has demonstrated product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and has the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Ability to break down and communicate large, complex problems
  • Analytical
  • Excel expert with experience using SQL and statistical analysis to mine data for trends and patterns
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
  • Knowledge and passion for Facebook's advertiser products and interface strategy
  • Has demonstrated the ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Is a flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • Has excellent organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
