Facebook's APAC Global Agency Team is seeking a Regional Agency Specialist. The Regional Agency Specialist will help enable scaled deployment of Facebook programs, thinking, products and services with Agency partners. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work across Facebook departments and with external partners. The person in the position must be comfortable working with partners ranging from entry level through executive experience. The successful candidate will be equally able to set an agenda, lead meetings and organize events and programs remotely. The person in the role will also conduct research and will analyze data to develop insights, point of view and ultimately priorities. They'll will be part of a high-caliber, global team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. Ideal candidates will have business experience in an agency or sales environment as well as experience managing complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders and participants. Given the focus on Performance agency programs, the successful candidate will have experience in/around paid search and DR/Performance marketing campaigns. The person in this position will work on APAC initiatives and the role will be based in Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and lead activities that lead to regional business growth with partners in the agency channel – focusing on Performance and specialist DR agencies
  • Participate in the design and coordination of Facebook strategies to build the Performance channel – helping agencies better understand and implement our DR solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Marketing, Business Operations, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our channel development efforts
  • Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of partner needs
  • Participate in the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Facebook to Performance marketers in the Agency partner channel
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing and communicating opportunities for new approaches
  • Develop and implement best practices for partner and client interaction, supporting sales and services for Facebook

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of diverse experience in scalable operations and/or service/sales role – with a focus or background in Performance digital marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Highly effective at interacting with external partners/customers and serving as a subject matter expert on Facebook advertising products with training
  • Action bias, ability to be a self-starter, overcome barriers and work collaboratively in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
  • Highly motivated and hard-working, and able to think clearly under pressure
  • Ability to hold oneself accountable for work output
  • Sense of humor, team player, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help us be successful
  • Performance agency experience is desired
  • Experience and skills to manage cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into partner/client value
  • Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook and competitor ad products
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong technology fluency including digital media, spreadsheet analysis, working with business reporting packages, and presentation development
