Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We have a world class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. We are looking for a Recruitment Training Partner to join our Recruitment Operations Team as we focus on the development of our Recruiting Team. We are looking for someone to create, organize and deliver customized global training offerings that will enhance specific role-based skills, leading to increased productivity and new hire ramp-up. These trainings will focus on achieving Facebook's headcount goals as well as reinforcing our internal and external employment brand. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with recruiting leadership, recruiting partners, Human Resources and Corporate Learning and Development to assess the overall developmental needs of the global recruiting team. This position is full-time and based in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Recruiting Leadership Team and Recruitment Operations team to identify and drive comprehensive development programs ensuring that our team is continually learning and growing
  • Design and deliver highly innovative solutions for talent assessment, development, career paths, succession planning, and employee engagement. Assess effectiveness of training techniques & programs through measurable outcomes
  • Facilitate Recruiting On-boarding Program
  • Modify new and existing content for the region
  • Apply instructional design methodology to new and existing training content
  • Prepare and present talent development metrics reports that assess and measure impact and ROI of initiatives and programs
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments and recommend and develop targeted solutions to address capability gaps across the team. Use this data to design and deliver learning calendars
  • Ensure training, ongoing effectiveness and continued alignment of global recruiting training partners
  • Evaluate and recommend new vendors and best practices
  • Partner with the Facebook L&D Content Team, to co-ordinate and deliver additional professional skills and leadership development programs as required
  • Serve as the point of contact for all training related questions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years' experience in the planning and delivery of training programs with a passion for training
  • 5+ years' experience across several core domains essential for delivering L&D excellence, including conducting strategic needs analysis, program/instructional design, facilitation, measurement and organizational design
  • Experience creating and implementing talent development programs and customized learn and development experiences within the recruitment industry
  • Familiarity with the Tech Sector
  • Creativity, adaptability and perseverance
  • Proactive and creative project management skills both at a strategic and a tactical level
  • Ability to independently identify, act on and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and follow through
  • Excellent relationship skills (both internal and external)
