Recruiting Sourcing Manager

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook's success. We're hiring a Talent Sourcing Manager to build and lead the Sourcing function. As the Sourcing Manager, you will partner with recruiting and business leadership to develop bespoke sourcing strategies for each of our markets and business units. The Sourcing Manager will build strategies to identify, attract and engage the best talent by building proactive talent pipelines and communities to ensure delivery of Facebook's growth plans across the region. The ideal candidate for this role will have the know how to build and mentor a team of International Sourcers and be an expert on best in class sourcing strategies, tools and channels across the APAC region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop innovative and scalable sourcing strategies and solutions to drive hiring and meet business objectives
  • Design custom and executable market and business unit plans while building excellent relationships with recruiting and business leadership
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies with a strong focus on diversity and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
  • Lead key sourcing projects and initiatives across APAC Recruiting
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the Sourcing team that are geographically dispersed across the APAC region
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders globally internally
  • Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Deep domain knowledge of Talent Sourcing across APAC
  • 10+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in APAC
  • 5+ years in strategic sourcing and/ or team leadership role
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing for sales and marketing functions preferable
  • Extensive experience leading and managing international teams that are geographically dispersed
  • Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership and driving hiring/sourcing initiatives
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches
  • Experience of developing innovative, scalable solutions to deliver on hiring needs and deliver business impact
  • Passionate about building a diverse workforce
  • Excellent sourcing skills with ability to find, engage and activate passive candidates
  • Strong attention to candidate care with ability to balance fast-moving process with a thoughtful and attentive candidate experience
  • Highly skilled with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
