Facebook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Coordinator. The role will work cross-functionally to support the EMEA Tech Recruiting Teams by coordinating projects for Interviewer capacity, calibration & training across EMEA. Our Tech business consists of SWE (Software Engineering), IES (Infrastructure, Enterprise & Security) and Product. Additionally, this position will support a small percentage of recruiting coordination as part of their role and partner closely with the Recruiting Coordination Leads and Recruiting Managers to drive a top class interview experience for all those involved in the process. This includes analyzing interview declines, reschedules, candidate care scores, room availability, swag and anything else that impacts the candidate experience. This regular employment position is Full-Time and based in London.


  • Coordinate logistics of Interviewer capacity planning, calibration and trainings by collaborating with recruiting coordinators, leads and business sponsor
  • Develop and maintain consistent program across all Tech groups to ensure information is relevant, accurate and up-to-date
  • Arranging and attending all interviewer training sessions via the internal Learn tool and keeping training material up to date
  • Upkeep of interviewer dashboard integrity and data ownership
  • Attending weekly meetings with recruiting leads and business managers who are responsible for site/business area growth
  • Work with business leaders to establish training processes across functions: SWE, Infra etc
  • Post weekly stats in appropriate groups as needed
  • Ownership of Interviewer recognition across the tech groups
  • Ensure interviewer calibration is high
  • arrange and run feedback-on-feedback sessions and arrange and run London Debrief
  • Weekly meetings with data team in MPK
  • Liaise with UR to understand their hiring targets, how it will impact existing interviewer pools and plan accordingly with recruiting and business leads
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks as well as forecasting for peak interview seasons
  • Ensure the interviewer pool reflects the various teams across the site
  • Collaborate with Recruiting teams on x-functional projects relating to improving and enhancing the candidate experience across Tech, this includes interview declines, reschedules, candidate care scores, recognition etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience with recruiting programs
  • 3+ years' experience scheduling and coordinating complex interview loops
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing your work time efficiently
  • Ability to work autonomously and partner with senior level recruiting partners and business leaders
  • Demonstrated project management skills and capability
  • Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Experience working with or in support of engineering communities
  • Working knowledge of Facebook Recruiting Team organizational structure, roles, tools, processes and procedures helpful but not essential
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and/or PC based calendar application
  • Comfortable developing and delivering presentations to large groups
