Program Manager, Team Experience

The Strategy organization serves as the central planning group for the Infrastructure Data Center team. This group works across each data center team as well as several partner groups (Finance, HR, Recruiting) to lead business planning and manage strategic projects for the organization. Team members are strong problem solvers and collaborators, with a focus on driving impact and helping the organization scale. We are seeking an experienced program manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs affecting multiple teams. In this role, you will work with the Global Infra Data Center team to develop and scale programs that span the organization, while ensuring that stakeholders are involved and aligned throughout the process. This is a full-time position at our headquarters in Fremont, CA.

PROGRAM MANAGER, TEAM EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead programs for the data center team (recruiting initiatives, talent/leadership initiatives, functional strategy, etc.) with large-scale impact that span multiple global teams
  • Drive programs by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across data center teams and business partners
  • Establish strategic project plans to achieve the desired business outcomes
  • Coordinate and support program development with key partners (HR, Recruiting, Legal, Communications, Finance, etc.)
  • Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives
  • Measure the impact of programs and ensure scalable solutions
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize processes and tools that scale across the data center teams
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with leadership across the organization
  • Influence leaders on best practices and approaches to effectively execute and deliver high impact priorities that span the Infrastructure Data Center team
  • Develop and execute knowledge sharing processes and procedures, including content management and the leveraging of internal/external resources
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of project or program management experience
  • 5+ years of strategic planning or consulting experience
  • Experience in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or other process mapping software)
  • Experience with business process management, workflow, and life cycle management
  • Cross-functional communication and interpersonal experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in Recruiting, HR, or Operations
  • Experience in high tech environment
  • PMP and Six Sigma certification and/or relative project management/process improvement experience
  • Experience working independently with minimum supervision and leading multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups/locations/vendors
