Program Manager, EE Infrastructure

Facebook’s Enterprise Engineering Department is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to develop and drive the execution of solutions that facilitate technology delivery to the business. The successful candidate will have a strong project management background, passion for creating solutions that scale, and be able to deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across Enterprise Engineering, business units, and cross-functional partners. This job will be a mix of managing portfolio execution and handling some hands-on projects. This is a full-time position and is located in Menlo Park, California.


  • Maintain and drive development & deployment of team portfolios that are implemented across EE Infrastructure, including budgets, requirements and resources
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverable
  • Collaborate across Infrastructure and our partners to define roadmap and long-term strategy
  • Facilitate discussion with project stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines
  • Manage progress of portfolio execution
  • Communicate program and project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders
  • Manage project delivery risks through effective identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and dependencies
  • Develop and measure project KPI's across the portfolio
  • 3+ years of program management experience, systems or solutions architecture experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with technical engineering teams, cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions
  • Experience communicating across business and technical teams
  • Experience multi-tasking, meet deadlines, process information, and demonstrate a dedication to ensuring and maintaining the quality of the end product
  • Experience leading without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes
  • Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions
  • Problem-solver who has a demonstrated experience overcoming challenges with solutions
