Production Manager, Global Sales Learning

Facebook is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join the Global Sales Learning team. This position will oversee the production and maintenance of programs to support our Facebook sales teams around the globe. The fast-growing business require us to ensure that our programs keep our sales teams up to date. The GSL Production Manager is the center of operations for our Design and Development team. They will make sure that updates and new program launches go out on time and ensure team processes are maintained to support our goals.


  • Work directly with project leads to ensure project roles and objectives are scoped
  • Ensure that tracking for projects are maintained and followed through to closure
  • Manage project resources against timelines
  • Facilitate weekly production pipeline and scrum meetings
  • Collaborate across the team to optimize and scale production processes
  • Track appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of the production pipeline
  • Ensure that guidelines for course naming and descriptions are followed and implemented
  • Manage the collection of program reporting for regular communications
  • Ensure that all program and team information is kept current on the team site
  • Work with Program Managers to make sure that communication of programs are consistent and aligned
  • Manage the production of the weekly communication, ensuring that updates for all programs are provided consistently
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years working experience within program or project management or consulting
  • Project management experience
  • Problem solving and solution development experience
  • Communication and presentation experience with proven history of working with executive level leaders
  • Knowledge of the learning and development function would be helpful
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Analytical skills
