Product Marketing Manager - (Growth) Workplace

To help with the ongoing growth of the Workplace business, we are seeking a world-class Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about Workplace by Facebook and the role that a connected workforce can play in improving the performance of an organisation. As a Product Marketing Manager on Growth, you will work on critical, complex experiments/journeys that boost the acquisition, activation and expansion funnels for Workplace. You'll adopt a customer centric approach to minimize effort and friction to make early user experiences fantastic. Past experience working on collaboration software, software-as-a-service and/or enterprise productivity or social products is preferred.This is a full time position based in London.

PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - (GROWTH) WORKPLACE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive product strategy work: Work with Product teams to develop a strategy & product roadmap to grow sign-ups, improve conversion and drive activation of new companies Deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization Represent the needs of the customer and work with User Research, Content Strategy and Product to understand experiment audiences, develop key messages and experiment frame hypotheses Provide market assessments based on quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and voice-of-market Identify and evaluate opportunities based on research, quantitative analysis, deep understanding of Facebook technologies and a strategic view of the industry, its business and technical limitations In collaboration with product managers, synthesize insights to develop actionable product strategy and investment recommendations to execute on Lead Go-to-Market: Articulate and validate value propositions to help drive net new acquisitions, activation and expansion at scale Lead cross-functional execution and planning to support experiment & product launches Support Product & Partnerships teams as a subject matter expert to drive understanding of current and potential funnel initiatives Drive product strategy work: Work with Product teams to develop a strategy & product roadmap to grow sign-ups, improve conversion and drive activation of new companies. Deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A number of years working in the enterprise collaboration space (productivity or social)is essential. Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex, large-scale concepts. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment. Has an experimental mindset. Can do own analyses (e.g. advanced skills in Excel) Previous exposure to the mechanics of B2B SaaS monetization models, particularly in relation to growth accounting (net new business, churn, upsells). Understands the basics of a growth funnel (acquisition, activation, expansion) and has had first-hand experience building the strategy or executing projects/experiments that drive funnel optimization. Familiarity with digital marketing is highly beneficial
